Rx. Puerariae | Ge Gen | 3-12g | Disperses the muscle layer to assist in venting rashes and raises fluids to expel Heat. With Sheng Ma and Gan Cao, for Early stage measles where the rash has not yet appeared. |
Rx. Glycyrrhizae | Gan Cao | 1.5 -6g | Relieves toxicity, helps Clear Heat and vents rashes. |
Rx. Paeoniae Rubra | Chi Shao | 3-9g | Cools the Blood. With Gan Cao, prevents other herbs from injuring the Qi and Yin. |
